If you have logged into the game to find all your progress gone, be sure to check the following information:
- Make sure you have the latest operating system update installed on your device.
- Make sure you have the latest version of the game installed. (Do not uninstall the App!)
- Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection.
- Make sure you have at least 1 GB of free space on your device. Anything under that will start giving you performance issues with the game.
- Force close all open/unused apps running in the background.
- Shut down your device for 2-5 minutes. Turn it back on after.
- Run only this app on your device while playing.
Next, if you have previously synced your progress with Google Play Games (Android) or iCloud (iOS), please check the following.
For Android:
- Open Frozen Free Fall
- Tap the Google Play Games icon (in the shape of a game controller)
- Log in with your Google Play Games account.
For iOS:
- Tap Settings
- Tap your name at the top of the menu
- Select iCloud
- Make sure the sliders beside both iCloud Drive and Free Fall are switched to on (they’ll show green)
