If you are having issues with the game crashing or freezing, be sure to try these steps prior to messaging Support:

- Make sure that your Date and Time are set to Automatic and that these settings have not been changed at any point.
- Make sure that both your device software and the app have been updated to the latest version.
- Make sure you have a strong WiFi connection at all times.
- Make sure you have at least 1 GB of free space on your device. Anything under that will start giving you performance issues with the game.
- Force close all open/unused apps running in the background.
- Shut down your device for at least five minutes. Turn it back on after.
- If your device is able to use SD Cards, please make sure the app is installed onto your internal memory and not the SD Card.
- Don’t delete or re-install the app as doing so will cause you to lose any unsynced progress.
Please contact Support if you continue to have crashing/performance issues.
